LA Lakers at Washington Wizards

John Wall registered a season-high 40 points, as Washington Wizards(12-18) beat Los Angeles Lakers(18-12) 128-110 for their first win in last five games. The game was not really close from the first quarter as John Wall tortured Lakers. Wizards started the game on 26-8 run. Lakers made a lot of turnovers that leading to wizards easy points. At the half Wall had 28 points, 8 assists and 3 steals.In third quarter, Lakers were still struggling. LeBron commited few turnovers, finished game with season low 13 points. Only one player who stepped up for the Lakers was Kentavious Caldwell Pope as he scored 25points off the bench. Kyle Kuzma added 20 points from himself also. Lakers seemed to be tired as this game was the second one of their back to back, previously played Hornets in Charlotte. For the Wizards, Bradley Beal, John Wall and Jeff Green combined for 85 points, including Sam Dekker it would be 105 points, only from 4 players. Lakers scored 110 as a team. However, Wizzards are currently still out off playoff race. They are 2.5 games away from the 8th spot and currently making moves. Yesterday they traded Kelly Oubre and Austin Rivers to the Phoenix Suns for rights to Trevor Ariza, very experienced veteran, who will bring leadership and good vibe to the Wizards locker room, something they lacked for 7 years, according to Bradley Beal.
